Met Alfredo to discuss purchasing my home in November 2018 and I was taken a back by how genuine, diligent and thorough he was in his answers and explanations about the home buy process. For a year and 10 months after our initial meeting, he continued to field my constant questions and inquires. Alfredo was my go to source, for whatever questions I needed answered. If he didn't have the answer he would advise me on where I can find it. As a first time homebuyer, the home buying process can seem like a mountain. Having Alfredo around made it seem a lot less perilous.

Our experience with Alfredo was awesome. Alfredo is very professional, attentive and experienced. When my family and I decided to move to Port St. Lucie we decided to call Alfredo because he came highly recommended by a close friend. Our first meeting with Alfredo was when we discussed what we thought we should list our home for. Alfredo took our input into consideration and then took pictures of our home and then completed his own analysis. The next day, he sent us a Sellers Netsheet. The Sellers Netsheet indicated 3 estimated listing prices of what we could possibly sell our home for. It also indicated what our estimated proceeds would be from the sale of our home. He explained in detail the reason for the price ranges. He told us to go over the information and then let him know of our decision. Since we wanted to sell rather quickly, my husband and I told Alfredo we decide on listing for the middle price. Alfredo disagreed with us and told us he was confident he could sell our home for the higher price. Well, Alfredo was right. 48 hours after listing our home, Alfredo was able to get our home under contract at the full asking price. The entire process was smooth and most importantly, we were able to close on time. The Sellers Net Sheet that Alfredo gave us was very close to the actual Proceeds we received from the sale of our home. This really impressed us. Alfredo was then challenged to help us find a new home as soon as possible. After multiple trips to Port St. Lucie to look at many homes, within a short time we found the right one. We are very happy with our entire experience with Alfredo and his amazing team. We would highly recommend Alfredo to anyone that is looking for a great realtor.
