A good lender will take a deep dive into your financial situation as they work to provide you with a preapproval letter. 

    Unable to obtain a preapproval letter initially, do not be discouraged. A good lender will provide guidance on what needs to be corrected or improved, giving you a clear path to purchasing a home in the near future. By focusing on these areas, your dream of homeownership will become a reality before you know it.

    Once you know exactly what your budget is and how you plan to pay for your new home, it’s time to proceed on to step two.

  • Your budget is set, now the fun begins. It's time to start shopping for your new home. We will begin by researching neighborhoods and identifying your areas of interest that best fit your lifestyle and needs. This step is all about exploring your options and finding a property that checks all the boxes and feels right for you.

  • Now that you have toured several homes and found the one that will work best for you, we will prepare and submit an offer. Upon acceptance of your offer we will now enter into the contract phase. The contract phase is filled with lots of details and processes to get through. But have no fear, our team is here to help you do exactly that. With our guidance, careful planning, and attention to detail, you'll soon be holding the keys to your new home. Then we can head on to step 4 - Celebration WooHoo 🎉
